Aeratis Two Part PVC Epoxy

Epoxy Adhesives come in a dual-cartridge container to keep the base resin and the activating agent separate. They must be used with a compatible manual applicator and mixing nozzle. The applicator dispenses the base resin and activating agent simultaneously, at the appropriate ratio, through the mixing nozzle.

The epoxy glue comes in a 50 ML tube designed for zero waste and is stronger than PVC. After curing for 40 minutes at 70°F, you can sand and paint your project. This epoxy won’t bubble and dries to a clear, smooth finish.

Aeratis  Two Part  Epoxy  Applicator

The Aeratis Glue Applicator features a manual hand motion that drives dual pistons directly into the duo-pak cartridge glue tube, No air hoses or electrical cords necessary.

This product comes with two easy-to-assemble  parts. There is a locking mechanism that ensures a tight seal where the glue tube attaches.  It is recommended to remove the glue tube from the applicator after each use. Replace the lid on the glue tube and throw away the static.  This process allows for easy clean-up and quick application each use.

Aeratis Mixing Static ensures accurate and thorough mixing of two-component liquid materials, leading to optimal adhesive performance.

By ensuring a uniform mix of the two-component adhesives, these nozzles improve the bonding strength and durability of the applied material, resulting in higher quality and longer-lasting bonds.Features 16 Cascades and square green, and the interior consists of a stepped arrangement can make glue mixing more evenly.This lightweight and portable applicator is suitable for the mixing of two liquid materials with large differences in viscosity, and it fits for use with 50mL Cartridges/Duo-Pak Epoxy Cartridges.
